Byron Bay's Bluesfest returns April 2-5 with a stacked lineup including a rare Split Enz reunion, Earth Wind & Fire, The Black Crowes, and The Living End.

Byron Bay's beloved Bluesfest is back for Easter 2026, and this year's lineup is nothing short of legendary. Running from Thursday 2 April to Sunday 5 April, the festival has assembled a bill that spans generations of music lovers.

Split Enz: The Reunion We've Been Waiting For

The headline act everyone's talking about is Split Enz – featuring Tim Finn, Eddie Rayner, Neil Finn, and Noel Crombie – reuniting for their first performances in nearly 20 years. The New Zealand legends, who gave us classics like "I Got You" and "Six Months in a Leaky Boat," will bring their theatrical art-rock brilliance to the Byron stage.

International Icons

Joining them are some of the biggest names in music history:

  • Earth, Wind & Fire – Bringing the funk, soul, and disco that defined an era
  • The Black Crowes – Southern rock revivalists at their rawest
  • Sublime – Ska-punk legends keeping the spirit alive
  • Counting Crows – 90s alt-rock storytellers
  • The Pogues – Celtic punk pioneers

Aussie Favourites

The local contingent is equally impressive with Xavier Rudd, Skegss, and The Living End all confirmed. It's a perfect blend of roots, surf-rock, and punk rock energy.
